Seeing the numbers on the scale go down is an amazing feeling. It shows that all the hard work that I've put in this week is paying off. I've switched things up this week during my workouts, focused more on lifting heavier weights on the machines and while doing my arms. Feeling even better than I did last week! I see the change in my clothes in the way they fit. This definitely motivates me. I've done very well staying on track with my eating and my workouts. Overall it's been a great week!!
