Yesterday, after an exhausting week of working overtime 3 nights in a row, I blew it. I at 250 calories more than my minimum daily requirement. How is it that 250 calories can result in a 2 pound weight gain? I was really honest about measuring and entering. I It seems so unfair.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe just sodium and bloated you. :(

Sometimes your body over-reacts to stress, lack of sleep, too much work, etc. Get some sleep, stick to your diet, and it will come off soon. Hang in there, if you stay on track, in the end, you will always win over your body.

I think if you stayed on track it is all still GOOD! Keep fighting the fight and you will win in the end.

It can't actually add on two pounds of fat. It's more like water weight gain from something (like too much sodium like Ginsin said) or it could be stress related (like RkTkFx said, lol). Many factors cause our bodies water weight to shift (our bodies contain approximately 60% water).
