The scale survives another day...I still haven't completely decided to keep it (*slides warning look at the scale*) but today this seems like a reasonable result so I'll go with it. I've got 2 more days until my work pants either need to fit or I need to go shop. I REALLY don't want to spend money on pants I'll use for less than a week. I go to the office like every 4-6 weeks and won't be in that size again when I go back.

I'm hoping people in the office will notice the ~20 lbs I lost since I was there last without me bringing it up. I've only told one of the girls at the office since she's open about losing also and we were talking about it. It's a pride thing, I know, but it would be nice.

IT'S FRIDAY PEOPLE! WOO!

I know everyone has been trying to refocus and buckle down this week. The first week is the hardest and we're almost done with it. Whether you made it successfully all week without any "errors" or whether it was hit and miss, YOU are successful because you're trying and you didn't give up.

DON'T GIVE UP. Each day is its own bubble. Your defeats and triumphs of yesterday are both gone. Today you start again and have a chance to be and do exactly what you want. It's a gift. Don't waist it (I know but I couldn't resist...).

Happy Friday buddies...go make it yours. 2016 is going to be KICKASS.

Hey! Maybe it's gravity that's messing with our scales! (I go up and down 3 pounds in one day)

I spent the first half of 2015 shopping at Goodwill for pants for work for the very reasons you listed. I lost about a dress size every 2-3 weeks or so, and second-hand clothes at $5 seemed practical and budget-friendly. Now I spend the money, because I'm near the end with only one size to go, and it's coming off much more slowly.

Don't worry about those pants, just go without. Tell the people that get upset that your religion requires pants fasting for a month=D

I love and hate the feeling of not having anything to wear. And I love goodwill for that same reason, I can find stuffs for the in between stages. I also do a clothes swap with my mom and sister and my sister swaps with her sister in law so it helps .. I work from home now though and basically live in gym clothes, MEH cheaper than work clothes lol... thanks for the motivation too! we all needed that after this 1st week .. time to kick ass and take names.. let do this!
