Greetings Best Buddies!

Happy Week to all!

I am trying hard to limit my food intake Sun, Mon, Tues and Wed in preparation for the carbalooza on Thursday. I also am going to the gym Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri and Sun this coming week to work off the carbalooza! LOL

I think there may be one other day this coming weekend when food will be prominent...hopefully I can manage it within my RDI. I am not looking for loss through the holidays - but looking for self control and maintaining my current weight.

No Gain...No Gain

Sounds like a great plan. I know it's not news to you but there probably will be a weight gain with the added carbs since you are low carbing it. It'll be glycogen and water. The extra workouts should take care of it in short order. Enjoy your holiday!

Great Plan!and Motivating to read. Since I'm not cooking or having the dinner at my house this Thanksgiving my plan includes not bringing home any goodie leftovers. I'll leave them over for someone else LOL

Adjust so you average out for the week. You are setting a terrific example for everyone, HCB. LOL! That's usually my plan. Except I haven't been as good as you though. working through lunch and eating company provided lunches so more calories than usual. Not as much exercise as working overtime and simply run out of time.

Woo Hoo...!!! made it thru the day! I used the small appetizer plate for appys and for dinner. I had about a fork full of the deserts and I left the leftovers to everyone else. Happy Thanksgiving!
