Today was my monthly check in with the doctor. I had lost 10 lbs since I saw him last month. Blood pressure is better, but we're not there yet. Still taking 6 tablets a day to try to keep it under control. But my blood sugars are doing great! All in all a good check up, except I do have an ear infection. Now on antibiotics for that. Most people outgrow those, no such luck here!
