The only thing I did different was I added another bulletproof coffee each day since the Bulletproof Challenge started. Yes, I will drink 3 a day till the challenge is over. If I get another great result, I will continue doing so. Have a great weekend every one!!

Only thing I did different was increase my fat intake 3 to 5 times more than recommended

I found out also that increasing my fats this week resulted in a good loss. We all have to cleanse ourselves of the "fat = bad" ideas that we have been living with all our lives. The scales prove otherwise!

I have been following the Fat Loss Summit this past week and have learned quite a bit. We aren't eating enough and we are over exercising. Sleep also is very important. I tend to lean towards their teaching. Why? Because it works for me! Looking back over the years, I can see where the popular trends were leading us in the wrong direction. Thankfully, there are wonderful people who walk the walk and are out there to teach us without asking for anything in return. I stumbled upon them accidentally! Or did I really?

Been wanting to try that bulletproof coffee for a while now. Started reading about the "Ketogenic diet" and it has me intrigued. I'm still scared of "fat"....but I'm trying to wean myself off of that way of thinking. Keep up the great work!

I don't think there are many "accidents", things happen when we're ready for them
