Question for everyone.........
I can't fit into my clothes and refuse to buy more in a larger size. My cholesterol is up, and I feel every one of the 20 pounds in am lugging around. I think the best motivator was when I noticed that I had rolls of fat in my back. LOL! They are now gone.

I keep going to the gym but I don't seem to lose weight!

Wii Fit
I think anything can work anywhere if we will use it. I have it but do not use it, neither do I use my gym membership which I am canceling. What I am most consistent with is walking the neighborhood. Happy New Year!

Gained 10 pounds!
I got off track and was afraid to get the the scales. My measurements have not changed too much,(2 in. Hips) so I got brave this morning. I am so dismayed that I have gained almost all of my weight back- 10 pounds over 4 months. This is where I was Dec 2010. I cannot give in.

Where does my motivation go?
I identify. What is helping me lately is making myself do 10 min of exercise- which then most often turns into more. Also, quoting the 90 year old who simply states that her brain commands her body what to do. So I do that self talk to my body to obey. Hope this can take me thru with prayer.

Lost my edge socializing and celebrating BD. preparing for the holidays to avoid all of that. Not cooking anything I don't want to eat.
