So exciting!!! I wish my patients were even half as good as you! But don't get discouraged if you do everything right and still have to stay on Metformin. By the time you have diabetes, a lot of the beta cells that create insulin are gone, and unfortunatley they don't regrow. (science needs to figure this out, as it would be the cure for diabetes). Anyways, keep up the good work, but remember that you have done everything right, so if you have to stay on metformin, blame it on your pancreas :)
