Over the past 5 years I have gained nearly 40 lbs. I am now determined to lose those and get to my goal weight of 135. I am going to the gym at least 4 times a week and have made major changes in what and how much I eat. Counting calories is crucial to the success I've had so far. If I go over my calorie limit I can tell that I haven't made any progress.
