Any academics out there?
I'm half way through graduate school,own my own business and have a husband and teenage son. I bought a rebounder and I'm having a lot of fun with it. Rebounding is good exercise and great for the lymphatic system which helps maintain fluid balance in the body and boosts the immune system. A half hour of rebounding is good, but so is a few minutes every time I walk past it too, which is easier for me than getting to the gym.
