We have gotten it from Schwans, theirs is pretty good.

When I was on low carb it was hard to stop with one serving. That was a Blue Bunny one.

Carb Smart BARs are easier to control portions with. When we get the ice cream and dish out our own servings we tend to heap it more and sometimes go back for seconds.

Both Breyers and Blue Bunny make single serve containers of their products. Kroger stores do carry them; if you ask, your store might agree stock them as well. Buying only a single serve container is about a dollar but it is portion control.

You are asking the wrong person....one serving of ice cream is not something that I can personally deal with. Being LC seemed to make one serving even more difficult as I just kept thinking it was LC and why not????

I only buy ice cream when my grandkids are here. That is my portion control, I get one little bowl, they devour the rest...LOL I love ice cream. Sometimes I find a frozen greek yogurt with berries at Aldis. It is yummy, not sure about the carbs but the calories aren't too bad, if you can stop at a serving.

I can't stop so I don't bring it in the house. That's my motto for all junk food.

I like the Yasso frozen greek yogurt bars -- come in lots of varieties/flavors . . . the 2 kinds in my freezer right now have 16-17g Carbs (13-14g Sugar) and up to 1 g Fiber . . . but I'm not doing LC, so not sure how that fits in with your WOE.

I buy the 14 calorie treat at Aldi's. It usually satisfies my craving. Otherwise I buy the single serving popsicles, such at the orange and creame or the real fruit ones. They are 80 - 100 calories and I am able to eat just one.

I cannot eat 1/2 cup serving as suggested. That's just something I buy when I think I have control when deep down I KNOW I am gonna binge on that carton. I can't seem to find any individual servings. I need to reacquaint myself with my ice cream maker. You can make your own with wholesome products.

Thanks everyone it sounds like I need to look for the single serving one. But even with that I could always go get a second one, so maybe I need to wait awhile maybe at holiday time.

Addie, it would seem to me like you are looking for those items that will eventually stall your weight. Keep to your plans. The Oopsie Rolls shouldn't stall your weight loss but the ice cream might because most of them have Splenda in them. Holiday time is a time to indulge a bit.

Mom, I hadn't thought about the Splenda thanks for pointing it out. Yes we are our on worst enemy. I'll stick with fat bombs right now when I need something creamy and sweet, I don't use Splenda in them. The Lemon Cheese Cake one is even frozen so I get creamy and cold.

We make some with our ice cream maker. heavy cream 1/2 and 1/2 and swerve sweetener(erythritol). Doesn't save really well but is awesome out of the ice cream maker. My son puts sugar free maple syrup and walnuts on it

Nich ... I need that recipe.

1 cup heavy or whipping cream, 2 cups 1/2 & 1/2, and sweetener to taste( I do 1/3 cup granular erythritol, swerve) and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Because there is no sugar it freezes into a block lol but out of the maker its creamy and yum. My kids love it. If you want chocolate add 1/3 cup cocoa. Just try to watch your portions.
