General information. I too am a Grandmother, age 63 and trying to stay strong and healthy for my 3 grand daughters. The 3 year old is a handful but lots of fun!!. I have twins who are now 5 weeks tomorrow. i.e.10/8/15. I was about 155 when I got married at age 19, my highest weight was 222. So 185 looks great on me!! Another 10 would be nice but I am going to be happy if I can stay right at 185. Wish me luck.
Today is 10/7/15. Finished my 3rd round of HCG and am down to 185, (well up a bit today, but 185 is my Maintenance weight!) I love being this weight as I am in a Size 14 skinny jean that makes me look really good, so my hubby says!. I was wearing a size 22 womens at one point so I look and feel so much younger. I Do know that Sugar is NOT my friend.
Today is 8/24/15 - I am 1/2 way into my 3rd round of HCG. First and second were in 2013. I am excited to be loosing again after loosing my Dad in 2014, almost a year ago now. I gained about 20 lbs back. So this time I am reading about Sugar Addiction and Detox from Junk food. Hope this works long term.
Today 1/12/14. I have committed to being healthy. I lot 40 lbs since July but need to loose about 10 more. I am stuck going up a pound and down a pound. Frustrating but I am trying juicing as a way of adding more nutrition into my life. I am religiously going to my gym 3 days a week and making an effort to be more active on the weekends even though this cold and rainy weather makes it hard. I go to the doc for blood tests soon and hope my bloodworm shows improvement. I have a better outlook on life since getting into health mode!!!!
First bio when I joined. I am a kept women. I do volunteer work, play handbells, love to sing, keep house and keep up with our finances. I have lost interest in cooking, but enjoy eating out. That I am sure is my downfall!! I will strive to bring more food home from the restaurant and order healthy meals when possible.
