I don't have much news today but I did want to pass on something along I learned yesterday. I don't know if any of you have this problem, but every time I try to make LC muffins they stick to the muffin pan. It doesn't matter what I grease the pan with and if I use regular paper liners it doesn't help. I bought some parchment paper muffin pan liners a few days ago. I found them by accident in the store. I made LC muffins yesterday and they worked wonderful, nothing stuck.
I do have one question, has anyone tried to put the Sweet Opsie Rolls in a muffin pan instead of just dropping on a cookie sheet? Since I have these liners I may try it.
