DH finally got home after going back to the warehouse after an early dinner of leftover findings turned into a wrap. Mine was mostly veggies with a little mayo and chicken. I bought a small watermelon yesterday and that was my lunch a little heavy on the carbs but not too far over my carb goal. Would have been less had I stuck to one cup instead of 2 but it was so sweet and delicious.

Anyway I got a brisk 3 miles in in the sticky but cool evening and I got to watch the setting sun turn the dark heavy forlorn looking clouds pinks and oranges. Lovely. Now for a bit of stepping up for a challenge and almost at the halfway point on catching up on the business. THen shower and a bit of vegging on shows before sleep.

That darn watermelon! I had the same problem over the weekend...yummy but all sugar and high carb. I decided not to get upset about fruits!

Lucky you to enjoy watermelon; I developed an allergy to it over the years. Now, I can only admire it from afar!
