I think maybe I needed to sleep last night. 9.2 hrs. And remembering the dream as I was waking up. I was catching a shoplifter in a big corporate like retail setting. I have not worked corporate retail in 20 years. Strange. In the dream the girl in question was using her dog as a distraction stealing food from a clothing store and that conundrum and my husband getting out of bed woke me. Really strange.

Yesterday I did my first 5 mile walk. When I left the house I had a little over 3k steps and when I finished the walk i was over 12 k nearly 13 by bedtime. That walk wiped me out and I was asleep before 10pm. Oh my goodness. I am raring to go this morning. I wanted to get up and walk but contractor will be here in a few and I have to get the kids up. All about routine, routine, routine with them right now prepping to get back into the swing of the school year.

Maybe I will get to walk again this evening. Will largely depend on the weather as we are expecting rain and storms this evening. Storms will keep me in, rain may not.

My body seems to be refusing to let go of those last few ounces to put me into Onederland. I will get there and I am not discouraged. It will happen in it's own time. I just wish it would hurry up. LOL

MASSIVELY NEEDED PRIMARY GOAL-
- add games and catch up on buiness

Goals-
- no reno
- walk if weather permits
- cook dinner
- stay on plan targeting under 1200 kcal today.

My son has been in brat mode starting last night and into today. He keeps calling his sister names and starting fights now grounded from video games for 4 days and no friends. He was so mad he came home and disassembled his computer and brought it down to me in it's component parts. Gonna be a fun few days. SMH

I have a garmin Vivofit and it monitors steps/activity/sleep
