Good morning! Woke at 203.4 and that would be probably worth about 200 or even the 190s if I did a post IF work out. But that's not in the cards. About to drive to Ohio and I may not be able to weigh in until Monday at my sister's house. Will try to get some walks/runs in while I'm away. Have a great weekend everyone!
