I did something today that may mean I'm starting to get the whole "eat better" idea. My boss bought pizza today for the office. So instead of saying to heck with the healthy food I brought and eating three pieces if pizza,, I ate my fruit salad before the pizza came and and only ate one piece of pizza. Of course there were zucchini fries but I only had a few of these.
Overall, I'm a happy camper. I sure hope this new smart thinking keeps working.
