It appears I'm going in the wrong direction. I have had a very bad few weeks with my depression. I find myself eating when I know I'm not hungry. It's the old comfort food thing. My hubby and I were talking and we decided we need to stop turning to food for whatever reason we may have and lean on each other instead. I can only hope this ends soon.
