This is the first time since Christmas I've written here and it feels kind of good to be back. Weight Watchers is going well. I've lost about 15 pounds since I started last October. Yes, it could be better but I'm like a turtle. Slow and steady. I still need to lose about ten pounds so I'll keep going and I'll be there when I get there. There is no rush, it's only the rest of my life!

Christmas was bad, really bad! It's a new day and I have got to get my mojo back. I will do this. I am down 7.4 pounds since joining Weight Watchers so I am happy about that. Now for the next 10 pounds.

I started Weight Watchers about a month ago and I love it! I can eat what I want as long as it's in moderation. There are so many foods that have no points that I rarely feel hungry. I set my goal at 145 and I've lost seven pounds already so I'm on my way.

Stay strong everyone and do what you have to do to hit your goal You're worth it!
