I don't seem to be having any appetite some days. Today I didn't even start to feel remotely hungry until 3ish. I made myself a PBJ to get something in me. I know I am going through some seriously stressful situations, but it scares me a little how drastically different my appetite--or lack thereof-- is.

People react differently with stress. Some eat and some don't. It's normal. If you don't feel like eating, maybe get a protein drink you can sip. It will eventually pass. Find ways to deal with the stress. Maybe go for a walk, yoga, meditation, etc.
