FLOWERDUDE's Journal, 10 June 2015

Back at it.. cupboards clean..
Lost 125, gain all back except for last 35.
So.. started at 355, down to 225... now back at 318.

Plan on staying on induction as long as I can...
I hope to weigh only once a week on Mondays.. .so I don't torture myself.

Trying to eat mostly whole foods and as little processed as possible.

All the best,
Steve/Flowerdude

Hopefully you can make this "diet" a lifestyle. I have been on it many years (40+ years) and only recently with age. illness and medications, gained weight. I actually went through a period of life when I struggled to keep my weight at 103! So, if you stick to your last sentence after you lose the weight you want, you will maintain for the rest of your life! Welcome!

I heartily recommend Induction for as long as you feel comfortable with it - best of luck! You are on the right track.
