No big plans, so probably nothing different.

Well, we will undoubtedly be working...it is supposed to rain all week here so that means it will clear up for the weekend...that's the way agriculture works! So I doubt that I will have to plan anything differently but if I were to I would probably be thinking of items that look like a holiday picnic and yet be on program...for example, Mock Potato Salad made with cauliflower, burgers with the trimmings and no bun, and some type of whipped cream dessert that is high in fats but ultra low in carbs. BTW, this is a great entry as I think we all need to prepare ourselves for these summer holidays! Suggestions never hurt anyone.

Sunday, Monday and Tues. no rain here but supposed to start again on Tuesday night and into the weekend. Sheesh, it does not want to quit for a bit. Good luck getting crops in in the wet weather.

I am planning some active things for the family. We are going on a hike. We are going swimming. I will also get myself to the gym in addition to this. If I keep moving, that helps me remember not to just graze all day long!

We will be grilling at my parents so I'm not worried. I'll contribute fruit. Will avoid anything like potato salad. It'll be ok.

I'm going to try to keep my portion sizes by walking away from the table after I finish eating and get myself busy doing something else. Also, to just put the dishes right in the sink and the food in the fridge.

We'll have some family visiting from out of town so it'll be a challenge. I plan to start the days with my normal protein shake and leave room for flexibility in the evening.

I don't plan on changing anything. Have fun when I can, enjoy good food when I can and scrimp later on the calories. Not the best plan, but works for me :) My son gets married for the first time time on the 30th of this month. I am so excited. Loved my Mother's Day weekend with my family.
