i cant believe how good i feel today... i did my first weigh in, lost 4 lbs. i walked today with my sister and i did 10 minutes on the stair stepper, i kept having to sit and rest, but i did it.. :) also did a upper body toning exercise sitting in a chair..... logged in all my food and i just feel good!.... i want to thank everyone for the support and encouragement, you all are kinda awesome :)
