Good morning gang! Welcome to the mountain this glorious morning made for climbing. You guessed it. It is TENACIOUS TUESDAY!!! So let's re-boot our efforts this morning. Let's look at our climb with a more aggressive level of determination. Let's dig in our spikes, lift up those in need of a helping hand, & keep our eyes trained on the peak. If you have fallen off the wagon, today is your day to get back on. We are peak seekers, so let's get to doing what we do as we head for the peak. One special word of note, we had a team member breach the peak & hit her goal yesterday! Congratulation Lettygator! Let's be motivated to see the view from her perspective one day. Onward & upward gang! Onward & upward!

Congrats to Letty! It must feel so good. Tenacious Tuesday all the way! Yesterday, I had a heck of a time sticking with the diet. My office always has rich, fatty foods at lunch and patients often bring us lots of high calorie treats. I did go into the kitchen and sniff the air, but I held firm and ate my own lunch. Still managed to come in under calories even after having a small snack last night.

I added another 1.3 mile loop to my walk today. I'm going to increase every day. It might take 2 days at each level but I'll get there. I'm also trying to increase my speed. I want go do 10 laps (plus the to and fro) but I don't want to take all day to do it.

Congrat's to Letty! Oh, how I want to climb this mountain even harder now. Jonathon--you are an inspiration! I need to lose five pounds by Monday--well, I "want" to lose five pounds by Monday. I need to find the steep part of this mountain and push myself.
