Good morning - contractors are back - so loud construction noises inside the house - get to practice my best noise blocking skills.

Easy Pose Meditation (20 seconds)

Needless to say, under my arm pits are really sore -- guess it's from the planking!

Yesterday at lunch, I planned my supper -- shake. Due to overeating so many snacks yesterday after lunch (just lost my mind temporarily) I could have right size shake, 1 cup of almond milk and 3 medium strawberries. Got all my water in too: 8 bottles of 16.9 fl oz. And guess what? I was okay. I did dishes, watched a movie, and played candy crush. And this morning I wasn't starving today!
(Now if I can just repeat daily -- or at least 5 days a week -- weekends? HA! Not going to happen!)

Trying to focus on getting my protein intake higher...or at least 1/2 of the carbs coming in. Eating more fruits and vegetables.

Last night watched About Time -- wonderful movie. Cried like a baby even way after the movie was over. The men in the family, once they turned 21 could travel back in time during their lifetime only. And once the guy's wife delivered a child, he couldn't go back before the child was born. Really moving.

If you could travel through time, what moment in your lifetime would you like to go back to/re-live if you could?

Those 60 second intervals are hard when you do the exercises in a row - they also call that process Tabata...we do those at my gym sometimes!
