This is the time of year I have to make a decision. It is becoming too busy to take (unnecessary) breaks at work. This means I have to do my "paperwork" for WOE on FS early morning and/or late evening.

I did manage to lose another pound without tracking my food, but am not going to push my luck. Guess I've got to start getting up earlier. My feelings about getting up earlier - %&@#-?%!

LOL Buffs...I am "night owl" person...U have my sincere sympathy if. U must get up earlier. Congrats on weight loss.

YAY one LBS... I do mine at night .. right before bed.. sometimes i forget but try not to.. some one here once told me they write it all down in a notebook then log on saturdays but i dont know how effective that would be.. maybe log it every other day? I myself and not a morning person and feel for anyone who has to wake up early . Good luck!

Glennith - DH gets up at the "buttcrack of dawn" all ready to go. I stumble around like a drunk person until I get my first cup of coffee.

Yay for losing 1 lb. It all counts! Maybe do your FS logging in the evening for the NEXT day - then you are planning your meals out and have a plan for the day ready to go!

Hey, Buffy, I'm the same right now also. Swamped at work, feel grateful when we get our lunch break. One 15 min break during the day and bathroom/drink runs are it most days. I haven't even been on here somedays at all, so am behind.
