Happy Monday all :) I think I may have to go to two a day workouts I just need to find the time reason is I just don't feel like I am getting the burn in the mornings although the workouts are challenging. Maybe I could just go harder in the morning?

I feel that I get a better workout in the PM, however I cannot "wake up" if I don't do anything in the AM...I think if I went "harder" in the AM I would be so tired later on...maybe try it and see how you're feeling?

I usually exercise in my evening. It's a good way to avoid having a late snack and you will also eat your dinner earlier so that you don't have to workout on a full stomach. One more good thing about it is that you can burn calories you took in with dinner. Most people exercise in the morning or afternoon and then have a big dinner, that's not the best way for losing weight I think.

your body may be adapting to your work out, try something a little bit different, see i it works.

yeah - it may be adjustment time. don't over do it, though, if you do go to twice a day. burn out is not good either.
