Still no change but oh well I look awesome in a pair of 34's :)
190.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes it is my waist is actually a 32 now but I cant get 32's over my calves or much less my thighs.

34's...cool! I want to look awesome in 34's too. Not yet though, I'd be 34 stretched to the max with a large muffin top. Have a great weekend.

Nothing wrong with 34's. The only time I see 34's is flipping thru the stack to get to my size! Sounds like you've made some wonderful progress Rockiesfan.
