Another 4 pounds down this week, for a total of 25 pounds since November 2014!! I'm celebrating by buying myself some new skinny jeans from Oldnavy.com; in a size smaller!

I hope my next weigh-in will bring me below 200 pounds. That's my mini-goal. My mega-goal is 135 pounds. I'll still have a bit to go, but it will sure be nice to be under 200 for the first time in years. :)
204.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We have the same goal! I can't wait to be out of the 200s, but 135 is my best weight. Congrats on the loss! Enjoy the pants and keep it up!!

It happened, you can't take it back but take from the event all the positive instead of the negative, you were presented a situation and you ate the healthiest you could in that moment.
