My name is Erica. I was 87 lbs over weight when I decided to do something about it. I started a food journal (eating less than 1500 cal. a day) and doing an hour of cardiovascular 5 days a week. Not every week has been perfect (the holidays were rough) but I have managed to lose 17 lbs. and am looking forward to stepping on the scale and seeing that I am under 200 lbs.
I am 43, married and have two girls (6 & 4). I would love some fit bit challenge buddies and my fitness pal buddies. Also a texting buddy to help at those moments when I want to eat anything and everything in sight.
