3rd day of WW! Woo Hoo! Lost 3 of the 5 lbs that I gained since Sunday.
I'm bad... had to take my 11 yr old granddaughter for oral surgery today (1 hr ea way to town), then waited on her meds. I was so hungry and ate a beef burrito while on the road. Now I sit picking out the spaghetti from my meat sauce so my carbs stay on the lower side. I'm full, so no worries! :) Darn... just finished entering my dinner on the WW site and didn't reach my WW Points. Gonna have to do get better at counting points.

That's great! Yeah, the temporary gain when you go off a low-carb diet is mostly water retention. Glad it's coming back off quickly.

@kstubblefield: Darn about the water retention. So glad to be going down... I was really worried about what would happen in the transition. I am working to increase my daily walking time from 1/2 hr to 1 hr. My heels have been hurting me afterwards though, then I tip toe around the house afterwards! LOL!
