Not enough sleep last night. It will catch up with me today. Also the funyuns were not a good idea to have after breakfast. Luckily the lunch is low calorie and I have some apples for snacks.
212.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
