What is wrong with me? I've done great all day. I got this idea in my head to have half a cup of ice cream and I totally had it. It had 25 carbs in it. my Total for today is 36. Why did I do that? I'm baffled. I did great all day. Even had my calories down to 1200... <~~~~ NOT HAPPY. :( Argggg

At least it was 1/2 cup cld hv been a pint ! Lol its ok ok if we are all guilty of a lil sumthin now and then. Keep up the fight.

Thanks for the encouraging comments. YES I did enjoy it until guilt came to visit me. But it tasted wonderful. SO today I'm being a good girl. No cheating.. <~~convincing myself.

it's only a problem if it becomes a habit. You enjoyed it and that is unfortunately in the past. Now focus on the present. Regrets are bring the past into the present but are only for learning about what you want to do now. You will prevail. J

it's behind you now ~ think about how you felt afterwards. That is typically enough for me not to do it again....for a little while at least. ;)

Ice cream is a downfall for me as well. You did great with just a half a cup. FYI there are some ice creams out here with really low crabs, heard some women talking about how good one brand was in the health food area of hy-vee last week. Didn't catch the brand though.
