Ate light today at work. Came home with 714 calories in me and got back to 210.8 before dinner. I don’t work out on Monday nights as I host a racing interview show at 8pm EST. So that’s my day of rest. Will work out tomorrow night. Starting the no candy for Halloween challenge at midnight. Mrsmole finally got me on one of those things. Ended up at 1468 calories today. Exactly where I wanted to be and all the macros pretty much lined up perfectly. Will eat the same number of calories each day through Friday and we will see what happens. The 190s look pretty hard to reach, but I might get back to 205 or so.

You know how it works, you push, and push and it seems the scale don't want to move, and then all of a sudden, bam, it takes a slide in your favor. You'll be hitting that 190 before you know it.

If you get to interview any Nascar People let Me Know!!!!!! That is great!!!!! Some funny Youtube videos were thease Jeff Gordon Prank Videos-the used car saleman and the Tv Personality. They were hysterical, I was laughing so hard. GREAT JOB ON KEEP CALORIES DOWN!!!!

Kewl, a long time ago, I had a friend at Genicom (back then, a GE subsidiary that built dot matrix printers) in Waynesboro, VA. He was trying to develop a computerized version of the lights that signaled the start of a drag race.
