Happy Monday Everyone.
Looks like the final few days of really warm weather here in Cincy, it would appear,this past weekend, today, and tomorrow. Too bad it is back to work and grind ... but was able to enjoy it yesterday.
Typical weight workout today, as well as box jumps along with sprints and 30 minutes on recumbent bike. Fasting until dinner. Lots of water, matcha tea, and more water. ;)
