Happy Sunday All!
Round of golf, walking, today, which is a great LISS calorie burn. Never fails though when I golf, I will have to fight off the munchies later today - luckily my better half got us sirloins for dinner, and some Gorgonzola gnocchi ... that should keep the cravings at bay.
Going to be a beautiful one in Cincy. Hope it's a great day wherever you are.

It's good you didn't eat on the golf course! That's a lot of walking. Do you have a pedometer? I wonder how many steps that was. Dinner sounds good!

I always take a snack at the turn(after 9 holes) when I golf, additionally I eat before and after. The walking for a middle length golf course is over 5 miles. Not sure why i am always so hungry on days i golf versus days i run, , sprint, workout, etc. might have to do with the focus and stress ;) Dinner was very good. Thx.
