Greetings My Buddies!
I am back from my training and business trip! Things went very well, and I was able to earn ALL my points to enter the drawing for the 30 Day Healthy Living Challenge at Orange Theory Fitness.
I ate a few things totally off my food plan (lobster, clams, some soda) but stayed within the protein requirement and got some walking done.
I got to see and hear my mentor at the Conference - I was excited! I also was a volunteer so I got to talk with him, fetch him tea and water, help him sign books, etc. It was very cool!
It takes huge amounts of courage to stick with the program you have chosen for yourself! We can do it together!
The word of the week is COURAGEOUS.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.
