Judge more by how you feel rather than numbers on a scale. Those numbers can not reflect the difference in bone water fat and m uscle nor how amazing you feel. I think you had an awesome week..

Hang in there Mischief, I know it is frustrating.. keep on the right track! Couple of thoughts came to my mind.. could it be that the lack of weight loss is the result of your exercises? Trading bad weight for Good weight? Have you took measurements to see if you are loosing any fat? Also, winter is coming- according to my doctor, that has a lot to do with how our bodies react to "dieting" (I hate that word).. it is going to into the "Gotta save fat mode- for the winter months!" Mode.. and the weight loss will slow down.. Remember that it took you a life time to get to this point of your life- and you are in this for the rest of your life.. keep your eyes on the goal.. keep going, doing what is right.. it will come off..

Exercise can cause muscles to retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. It will go away. Google "why the scale lies" for insight.

Thank you all for the support and insight! I appreciate it. The comments helped me to make sense of the lack of weight loss! I was really bummed but I'm feeling better now. Going to stay on track!
