I wasn't able to exercise as much this past week in part due to work & personal commitments. Fall house cleaning was a great work-out itself! got that done & also mixed in some walking & stair climbing with my busy schedule. Hopefully I can get back to 3-4 days of serious exercise this week.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
