Have you tried flying on the Wi Fit - Training Plus? It is called Birds Eye Bulls Eye (or something like that). What a work out!

BuffyBear: The Wii belongs to my grandkidlings (who live w/me), but I sneak and use it for Yoga when they are in school. I'll get that thing up and running and check out Birds Eye Bulls Eye! Thx!

MD - I do three arm exercises... bicep curls, triceps (you can look these up online to get the right instruction if you need it.) and I do pushups against my kitchen counter. Actually, I was such a weakling when I started...I had to start against a wall, standing up... then I moved on to the kitchen counter. I used to do 5, every time I went in the kitchen. Now I do 25 3-4 x's a day. :) And it really helped w/ the jiggilies!
