Good Morning All, I hope that your week has been good so far. I am headed out to the gym this morning to get my workout done, plus weigh myself. Since it has been a few says I am pretty sure that I still have a bit of weight gain going on, but that's alright, I can fix that in no time.

We went to visit MIL this past weekend, and she asked if I wanted her treadmill, and I said yes. So now there will be a treadmill in my dining room very soon, that way when I don't feel like going to the gym I can just walk at home. I am pretty excited about it too.

Confession time :( as of last night I finished up the last little bit of my cereal. Lately, I have had the overwhelming desire to eat dry Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, in the evening just before I go to bed. Wrong, Wrong, Wrong, I know very bad to do, I can't change it, all I can do is move forward and make sure I do not repeat my previous mistakes.

This has been to long already, so have a wonderful and blessed day !!!!

My neighbor is giving me a treadmill! I'm excited like you to have the ability to workout at home. I have a couple of small kiddos and live in Seattle. Between rain and stroller struggles it will just be easier to hit the treadmill at nap time. I'm totally having cravings this week. The past month has been a breeze. Hormones probably. Yay. ;)

That's great that you're getting the treadmill. As for the cereal I sure understand. Sometimes I've done the same thing.

Congratulations on getting the treadmill. As you know, the weather around here can be temperamental. I don't regret getting the Air Walk Trainer. I use it practically every day.

That is great news about the treadmill! Good job admitting to your food weakness too. It's better to get those triggers out in the open so you can clearly identify them, get rid of them (unless someone else in the house eats them?) and move on! Sounds like you have the right attitude!
