Not much exercise, simply cannot do it. Another tough day with asthma not controlled, better then yesterday. Air is weird; It's very humid, little pollen, lots of mold, something that stings my eyes. Actually light rain off and on.

Couple cans of beer, bacon, lettuce, and tomato salad for dinner. Drinking water now with a sprig of chocolate mint in a blue hand blown wine glass. Crashed on the couch again with my puppers. Rescue inhaler every 2 hours. Off to bed shortly. No alarm tomorrow, no specific plans till Sunday afternoon.

Take care of yourself now and worry about the exercise later. Good call on the wine glass - you deserve a little pampering.

Slept 10 hours, feel pretty good this am. Hopefully the day will continue to be good. There was some rain overnight, hope it washed whatever was the trigger out of the air.

Good to read you got some sleep; so did I! I understand this recent physical condition is asthma but maybe it's nature's way of telling you to take a little rest; you've been going 90 to nothing for months now. Or maybe that's my own rationalization for the fact that I plan to sit inside and be cool and quiet as much as I can today.

lOL. I have a down day now and then that I stop and be lazy. A rare day or two of problems is actually really good for me. It used to be 2-3 days every week. So I can't complain much. Thankful that the chest pain is gone this am means no bronchitis or pneumonia. I need to get some normal weekly stuff done today, cut up cucumbers get them in a brine (overdue on that) so I can pickle them tomorrow morning. Tomorrow afternoon I'll be at middle DD's as my brakes are getting replaced. Need to stop sitting here drinking coffee and do something.

Yes, please take care of yourself, my energizer bunny friend. My allergies have flared and usually don't this time of year. Hope you're feeling better soon! Xoxox

Ruhu, hope your allergies calm down. I also don't usually have issues this time of year, unless ozone alerts, that's different. Several people at work were having problems Thursday as we were talking about it at a meeting. Am getting chores done slowly, lots of breaks and taking extra meds. Been here many times before 😉
