Visited family this weekend, went on their digital scale - wasn't too pleased about the number that popped up - will pretend it never happened

o ok, try and get a digital one, unless u prefer the dail scale then stick to it :) the digital ones usually arent that expensive anymore

my aunt is going to give me hers - I don't like the numbers I see lol but yaa I will adjust, who knows maybe I was heavier than I thought and I did actually lose 11 kg

You should not let one number, at one particular time assess how you're doing. It's the general trend that counts. IMO
