WHEN I STARTED OUT IN 2013: Picked up 10kgs my first year at university and have been struggling to lose it and allowing it to make me feel fat, uncomfortable and i did not feel like myself at all. finally have the motivation to not just try to lose it but to do it.

NOW in 2014 I have lost my goal weight, but unfortunately as life goes I did gain some of it back. But I'm not really that bothered with it because this time around I am stopping the gain before it gets out of hand like it did back in 2012 and really feel that the changes I have made has become part of my lifestyle. This time around it was much easier cutting down. My main goal is to tone and get a flat stomach. So far I am not eating clean enough for a flat tummy but it will get there eventually. Right now I am trying to keep my daily calorie intake around 1100, which is quite low for me but I want to see what difference it makes. I'm not hungry throughout the day except for like half an hour before meal time. I have also changed from doing 80% cardio to focussing more on weight training but not slacking too much on cardio. I know cardio burns gains but that's ok I don't want to be the hulk and I believe that weight training + cardio will lead to better toning? Not 100% sure but hope I'm right!

Goal 2: go from a BFP of 18.4% to 17%

Goal 1: go from 67.5kg to 58 by 1 December 2013 (set on 1 August 2013)
