Ok so Im only 22yrs old but all my life ive been struggling with my weight due to a medical condition.

I suffer from Tonic Clonic Temporal Lobe Epilepsy :(, I was diagnosed at the age of 13 and thats when the weight started piling on but I was still young and it didnt bother me but as I got older I because more self concious and aware of my situation thus leading to me developing depression as well and I always turned to food as a source comfort.

Its not the medical condition itself thats making me this way but more so the medication as im currently on roughly 15-20 tablets a day everyday NO execptions.

I joined fatsecret to perhaps get the support needed to lose some weight that I lack at home because I was told that if I lose weight they will lessen my medication :D :D :D thus leading to less side effects and making me feel much better (i hope).

Support me and help motivate me as become despondent very quickly :( and I will do the same. well evan if I dont get the support il still help support those I can lol

thanks for the advice, i just was curious because been lifting heavy recently and was told glutamine is important supplement to take but i was confused because its found in all the stuff i eat

so i take it the glutamine is more for the healing process and speed up muscle recovery after a high intensity workout???
