add my friend Big Boy Optimus...he uses the 5:2 diet with amazing results, you can check his food calender and see what and how hes been eating as he does daily updates and stuff. He's lost over 15kg already and still going strong

ok lol your right over there LCFF...i hate the hospital and deffs don't want to go there again, so gonna stick to keto for now and run low-moderate carb by my epileptologist first when I decide I want to get bigger

I think that's best rather than risk ending in hospital again lol

currently eating between 100-130g per day...I weigh 85kgs but in due time will push that up to about 160-180g per day with 100 net carbs and the rest filled with healthy fats all in all about 3000-3500 cals when i decide to get bigger instead of what im focusing on now which is getting thinner lol
