I am feeling a bit under the weather...I looked at myself in the mirror yesterday and said wow are my thighs still so big!!! I am being very ungrateful as I have come a very long way and am currently the smallest I have been in 3 and a half years!! I was grateful and patient and happy until yesterday...the very interesting thing I noticed last night is that I ate allot more...I was full and my brother came home with pizza - I ate 3 and a half slices o_0 !!! Positivity and patients is very important...yes I have a long way to go but I have come a long way :)

arg man, dnt worry about it, we all have those days :)...with patients and strong will power it will all come in the end, i mean ive lost about 13.5 kg but when i look at my stomach it looks just as big which puts me off lol so i rather dnt look haha

Lol I know but it just kinda sucks you know...I generally have self destructive tendendcies and don't want to go back to where I was, that would be very stupid and foolish...I invested allot of time and energy to get to where I am...my health IQ has improved...I know how you feel when I lost 7 kg I felt only my face and hands got smaller and nothing else...blegh lol

LOL yeah i know what you mean, dam i dont ever want to get back to 90kgs again not even if im going thru depresion ive realized its no excuse so gonna keep trying my best to get rid of this belly lol

Maybe you ate the pizza because you were feeling bad about how you look. Don't feel bad! Like you said, you have come a long way. It doesn't matter how far you have to go, because just being on the journey and making progress is what counts. You'll get there. And it doesn't matter how fast you get there either. Fat loss takes time. Make sure you're exercising to see more results in the mirror. Keep it up. It's so worth it :)
