Tuesday

Yesterday i went spinning on the club, and goodness me i really did improve on my cycling the last 3 weeks. I promised myself to take it easy, and use the spinning class as a cooldown from the tour. And even taking it easy i was going faster, deeper, longer then ever!

today today is my restday, so i might go out later if the weather holds to practice some soccer with my hubbie and my son, just for fun. Try to keep calories below 1200 for a while, see what happens. I learned during the tour, that my body does not really need compensation for the exercise, it is efficient enough to just take what it needs from the nutrition i gave it.

future i really am thinking about creating more time for my sports, and quitting one of the two voluntairy jobs. I am quitting the one i am barked at as if i get payed for it (*lol*) not going to stand for that anymore...

I would quit that unpaid job too! By all means, dedicate that same time to something to lifts you up, not tears you down. Why the necessity for thoughts for your soulmate? Hope everything is alright.

Right, no sense in volunteering if they are going to harass you. that would get really annoying...

I agree with you. If you aren't appreciated the way you want to be, time to move on. Life is too short, enjoy every minute you can!

You sound like you are in a great space. Barked at volunteering??--wtf?!@#$ Definitely do for yourself. Hmmm, maybe you can start volunteering with work outs. Maybe kids that need exercise or others that need to walk more or do aerobics at a senior center, think about it there's probably somewhere out there that needs you and will help you too. :)

@ginsin its not like i have too much time on my hands (*grin*) i have a full time job, a kid, a husband, a second volunteer job, my sports, a house(hold), a horse, a book to write and loads of hobbies i dont come 'round to. (*lol*)
