No Change :( Back on the horse. I will do the 16/8 fast hump day and Thursday.

I noticed many of my buddies are down a bit today. Things can get bad and I feel for all of you; I've been there much more than I would like. But I urge you to focus on ONE POSITIVE THING and do it or appreciate it. My family has gone through some adversity this week, hospitalization, operations, broken was an awful week for my poor family.

One thing we had was unity and knowing there is light at the end of the tunnel. Count on your buddies here for moral support. I am reminded of this quote when I say this...WE ARE EACH OF US ANGELS WITH ONLY ONE WING, AND WE CAN ONLY FLY BY EMBRACING ONE ANOTHER.

Bro, people don't fast two days in a row when doing Intermittent Fasting. You need a day of higher calories in between! Prayers for healing of your family members!

i am not too happy with my performances, in 2 weeks i lost only 1.8 kg.( 4 lbs.)i am consuming approximately 1400 calories a day how ever the Carbs. are counting like 260% while fat comes next half this amount and the protein comes the lowest , any advice ? what the daily intake of Carbs. should be daily?.
