It is a breath of fresh air to be able to read your journal. Your positive attitude is just brilliant and I congratulate you. This is not seen too much on FS as it seems to me that the purpose of being on FS is to complain about not losing weight. I support you and congratulate you along with my admiration, well done indeed.

Thanks, everyone. Puhpine, I don't write a daily journal these days. I just weigh in with maybe a short comment. I feel kind of shy in my journals, but I try to say something that will help others. If I can do it, everybody can. :)
