Excited that I survived another day and lost a little weight, too! I am going for my walk now and will check back in later and see what you are all up to! Good luck, everyone!
155.6 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your journey for weight loss is so awesome and inspiring!!! I love on your profile how you've listed the fact that the doctor stopped the diabetic pills and cholesterol pills. That is really the proof that a lot of our health is in our hands and it's doable. Thanks for sharing, and spread the word!!! I'm truly happy for you because that really is a big deal!

I agree, losing the meds is a HUGE deal! I can't wait to get off of at least some of mine. You truly are inspiring Deb, you've tried so hard & come so far, & don't have far at all to go now. Best wishes to you on your home stretch!
